Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy governs all professional services provided by Quartz Falcon (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or engaging our services, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Nature of Services

Quartz Falcon provides professional technology consulting services specializing in:

  • Fraud prevention consulting

  • Risk assessment and risk management advisory

  • Fraud detection strategy development

  • Technology and security consulting

  • Business process analysis

  • Digital risk advisory

  • Compliance and operational risk support

  • Data-driven risk improvement recommendations

  • IT consulting and technical advisory services

Our services are customized based on each client’s business needs. Due to the professional, analytical, and intellectual nature of consulting services, refunds are handled according to the conditions described below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started:

  • Fraud risk assessments

  • Risk analysis and consulting reports

  • Security and fraud prevention recommendations

  • Technology consulting services

  • Business process reviews

  • Strategy development

  • Advisory sessions and consultations

  • Custom research and analysis

  • Technical documentation

  • Implementation planning

  • Project management and consulting support

Once Quartz Falcon begins work, resources, expertise, and professional time are allocated specifically to the Client’s project.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If a Client accidentally submits multiple payments for the same invoice or service, the duplicate payment amount may be refunded after verification.

3.2 Service Not Yet Started

If payment has been received but no consulting work has started and no resources have been assigned, the Client may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the payment date.

3.3 Company Unable to Provide Services

If Quartz Falcon determines that it cannot deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances, the Company may provide a full or partial refund at its discretion.

4. Partial Refunds

If work has already started, Quartz Falcon may issue a partial refund based on:

  • Completed consulting hours

  • Completed analysis or deliverables

  • Resources allocated

  • Administrative costs

  • Third-party expenses

  • Work already performed

The Company reserves the right to retain payment for all completed services.

5. Project-Based Services and Milestones

For projects divided into milestones:

  • Completed milestones are considered earned and non-refundable.

  • Approved deliverables are considered accepted.

  • Refund requests may only apply to future milestones that have not yet started.

6. Client Delays and Project Interruptions

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by the Client, including:

  • Failure to provide required information

  • Failure to provide system access or documentation

  • Delayed communication or approvals

  • Changes in business requirements

  • Lack of cooperation required to complete the service

7. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change in business decisions

  • Budget changes

  • Internal company restructuring

  • Change of priorities

  • Dissatisfaction resulting from expectations outside the original agreement

Clients are responsible for reviewing the scope of services before purchasing.

8. Third-Party Services and Expenses

Quartz Falcon is not responsible for refunding costs related to third-party services, including:

  • Software platforms

  • Cloud providers

  • Security tools

  • External technology services

  • Subscription services

  • Licensing fees

  • Vendor expenses

Third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Quartz Falcon before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

Quartz Falcon reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including:

  • Service agreements

  • Invoices

  • Statements of work

  • Consulting records

  • Project documentation

  • Communication history

  • Completed deliverables

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Termination of agreements

  • Collection actions

  • Legal remedies where applicable

10. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Client name

  • Invoice number

  • Payment date

  • Amount paid

  • Description of the refund request

  • Supporting documentation, if applicable

11. Review Period

Refund requests are generally reviewed within 10–30 business days.

Quartz Falcon may request additional information before making a final determination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quartz Falcon shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Data loss

The total liability of Quartz Falcon shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Final Determination

All refund decisions are made by Quartz Falcon after reviewing the specific circumstances of each request.

The Company reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the nature of services provided, work completed, and applicable agreements.
